Domonique Bulls

Domonique Bulls, Ph.D is a native of Buffalo, NY. She is an international thought leader on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the STEM and Educational Equity sector. She has a love for science and is an HBCU advocate. Domonique received her B.S. in Biology from North Carolina A&T State University, a Master’s from North Carolina State University, and Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Her career began as a cancer biology and molecular medicine research assistant. She continued her career in the following roles: high school biology teacher, science education college professor, director of corporate and foundations relations, and a STEM equity researcher. Currently, Domonique is working on developing STEM pathway programs and initiatives for youth and young adults to help eliminate barriers to educational and economic attrition. Her passions include traveling, sports, and family.
