Earl Roberson is an outdoor industry sales professional who has represented Columbia Sportswear since 2009.

In addition to his sales role, he has worked with Outdoor Afro, Urban American Outdoors, and Grassroots Outdoor Alliance.

He has a BA in Biology from NC Wesleyan College where he was co-captain of the baseball team that made two College World Series appearances. Earl was also presented the prestigious Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award for excellence of character and service to humanity.

He spent the first part of his sales career in athletics working at Etonic, New Balance, Champion, and Nike in various sales and sales management roles.

Earl resides in Alpharetta, GA. Close to Atlanta, and close to the North Georgia mountains.
