Charles F. Davis, Jr.

Charles F. Davis, Jr. is an executive with extensive operations leadership experience in residential and business telecommunications customer segments. He has a demonstrated record of accomplishment of driving operational improvements through standardization, transaction reduction by bringing new tools, technology, and products to the market that support operational expense reduction and drive revenue growth. Currently, Davis is the Executive Director of Field Operations for Cox Communications in Atlanta, GA. Since joining Cox in 1997, Charles has served in various leadership roles in the service delivery and operations organizations promoting customer and service delivery excellence, most recently deploying a new strategy for a customer engagement model in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Cox Communications, Charles served in the United States Marine Corps as non-commissioned officer and was recognized by the Secretary of Navy for Superior Performance while serving on two deployments to Europe and East Africa. Throughout his 23-year career in telecommunications, Charles has been recognized for his commitment to the industry and Cox, receiving the Cox Vision Award for Operational Excellence and the Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association Gold Image Award.
