School: Tennessee State University Major: Family and Consumer Science Site: Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site
My name is Taylor Kelly I am a junior from Washington, DC. Currently, I am Family and Consumer Science major with a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. I transferred to Tennessee State University in the Fall of 2015.
Upon transferring to Tennessee State University, Fall 2015, I joined an organization called My Sister’s Keeper, Inc. in Spring 2016 and, I became a Resident Assistant (RA) in Mary Wilson Hall. Living side by side with the incoming freshmen, I have helped students live and work together productively in the residence halls, and on campus. I am looking forward to learning more about myself, others, and most importantly Brown v. Board of Education. I am also very interested seeing and exploring Kansas.
